Your new role
In this varied and challenging role, you will work together with your team on various topics of organizational development. You are responsible for the editorial maintenance and functional further development of the municipal chatbot, the online appointment scheduling, as well as the city-wide participation platform. You support the organizational development team and the city administration departments in the projects of digital transformation. This includes participating in projects, workshops, and other event formats to promote customer-centered service design, process management, innovation, and cultural change. Supporting and training city administration employees in the use of specialist applications managed by the organizational development department, as well as contributing to the expansion of the Open Data catalog and general research work, complete the range of tasks.
This position is for you if you
- have already completed or will soon complete your bachelor's degree (FH/university in the fields of political/administrative sciences, computer/data science, business/law, communication, UX/service design, etc.)
- ideally have already gained initial experience in projects related to one of the areas of responsibility of the organizational development department
- have a quick grasp and enjoy working in a team on cross-departmental and more complex issues
- have an affinity for digital topics or already possess initial skills in handling data or APIs
- are a communicative and networked thinker and, through your motivating and empathetic nature, can win others over to our topics
