Are you looking for a varied task where no assignment is the same?
As a committed and flexible personality, you support various well-known customers as a holiday and sick leave replacement and get to know different work environments. With your commitment, friendliness, and professionalism, you always ensure a pleasant and harmonious reception atmosphere.
Your assignments take place from Monday to Friday, usually between 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. – depending on the place of assignment.
Your main tasks:
- First point of contact for all customer concerns
- Reception and care of customers, guests, and partners
- Ensuring seamless reception coverage and service during business hours
- Telephone service
- Various administrative tasks (e.g., email processing, creating telephone lists, etc.)
- Mail services
- Management of access authorizations and badges
Your profile:
- High flexibility and willingness to work at different locations (Bern, Burgdorf, and Langenthal)
- Completed training in the commercial sector or service sector
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Open, communicative, and service-oriented personality
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, good French skills are an advantage
