About the job

As the store manager of the LANDI store in Winznau, you lead and promote your team and ensure a smooth daily operation. You pay attention to an appealing product presentation and ensure that our products are always available. With joy in direct customer contact, you advise our customers in a practical and competent manner and implement targeted sales promotion measures. In doing so, you keep an eye on sales, budget, and quality and ensure order, safety, and hygiene in the store. Administrative tasks such as cash register closings, inventories, and compliance with internal guidelines also fall within your area of responsibility.

You have completed training in retail and ideally have further training as a retail specialist. Thanks to your several years of experience in sales – preferably with leadership responsibility – you bring the necessary expertise and intuition for everyday retail life.
Entrepreneurial thinking and business understanding characterize you as well as an independent and reliable way of working. You remain calm even in busy moments and keep an overview. In addition, you communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing.
