Activation Specialist, 80%
Your Tasks
- You actively shape everyday life, the activation offerings, and the sociocultural events, and carry out the activities independently and/or in teamwork.
- With joy and commitment, you support and accompany our residents.
- Collaboration with external partners and interdisciplinary cooperation with all areas in the house is a matter of course for you.
What You Bring
- A completed training as a specialist in activating care (FAB) or caregiver EFZ (focus on elderly people, people with disabilities, generalist training) as well as professional experience in long-term care distinguish you.
- You enjoy working with older people and bring very good oral and written German skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office is very welcome.
- Independence and creativity are understandably among your strengths, and resilience and flexibility are additional plus points.
- Moreover, you are an organizational talent and strive to design everyday life efficiently and structured.
