To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a Sales Manager B2B (80 to 100%) (m/f/d). This position is based in Switzerland and requires reduced presence in our offices in French-speaking Switzerland.
These tasks await you:
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company goals in the B2B sector
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships as well as networking in the insurance industry
- Acquisition and support of business customers, especially in the area of animal husbandry and veterinary practices
- Analysis of market trends and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaboration with internal departments to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction
- Deputizing for the department management during absences and support in strategic matters
- Participation in cross-departmental projects for the further development of the company
You possess these competencies:
- Completed studies in business, sales, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry - Bilingualism in German and French is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for dealing with customers and joy in animals
- Independent and structured working style as well as high self-motivation
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
