In this role, you will help shape and strengthen our global product material compliance framework. You will drive regulatory readiness, ensure data accuracy, and support our organization in meeting ever‑evolving chemical, material, and environmental requirements. Your work directly safeguards our license to operate and supports sustainable, compliant product development across international markets.
How you’ll make an impact

Ensure timely, accurate reporting to authorities and prepare technical compliance documentation

Develop, maintain, and improve material compliance governance, processes, and long-term strategy

Assess global regulatory developments and identify their impact on the product portfolio

Represent the company in external meetings, regulatory consultations, and industry associations

Drive cross‑functional collaboration to enhance compliance processes and data quality

Strengthen lifecycle management for material compliance data and documentation

Work with supply chain partners and R&D team to ensure complete, high-quality compliance information
Your background
-
PhD or master’s degree in chemistry
-
Strong expertise in material compliance regulations and global frameworks (REACH, RoHS, TSCA, PFAS)

Min. 3 years experience implementing global material compliance processes across interdisciplinary teams

Skilled in managing large compliance datasets with strong attention to traceability and audit readiness

Familiarity with onboarding compliance tools such as Makersite, IPS, or BOMcheck is an advantage
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to deliver training sessions

Collaborative team player with the ability to align multiple stakeholders and set clear goals

Business fluent in English
