To support our Bid Management team at the location by arrangement (Kehrsatz, Neuenhof or Pratteln), we are looking immediately or by agreement for a competent, motivated personality as

Your area of responsibility

• Your core competencies are the definition and specification of multimedia solutions tailored to customer needs
• Independent planning and execution of on-site inspections at the customer
• You prepare offers taking into account the applicable calculation guidelines and conduct clarifications and commercial negotiations with customers/partners
• In addition to the offer, you prepare further sales documents if required
• Varied is the preparation and participation in supplier presentations or award negotiations
• You are responsible for the successful transition from acquired projects to project management
• Last but not least, you analyze lost offers and submissions / continuous improvement process (CIP)

You bring with you

• A match is almost guaranteed if you have completed training as a multimedia electronics technician or have similar qualifications and your passion or experience is in professional AV and communication technology
• Know-how in IT and network technology as well as experience in (IT) projects are definitely an advantage and make it easier for you to get started
• Are you familiar with the terms building automation and control systems?
• You master the German language and English skills are not foreign to you? (Language level C1)
• You live the service mindset and offer 1A customer service
• You have the ability to communicate confidently with customers, partners and colleagues at all levels
• Team player? Absolutely! But you can also go your way independently and well organized
