HVAC Service Coordinator 100%
Mission:
- Plan and organize interventions (Wood energy and CAD Networks), coordinating internal technical teams and subcontractors
- Ensure remote monitoring of installations, analyze alarms, take initial corrective measures, and trigger targeted interventions if necessary.
- Prepare, control, and follow up on projects while participating in internal and external meetings.
- Manage administrative and financial tasks: service orders, offers, quotes, additional requests, invoicing, and client contracts.
- Ensure customer relations: regular contact, understanding needs, support, and improvement proposals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, keep technical knowledge up to date, and regularly inform management of activity progress.
Profile:
- Technical training with administrative experience, or administrative training with strong interest in the technical field
- Proven experience in multi-technical maintenance or HVAC (an asset)
- Skills in coordination, planning, and administrative follow-up
- Experience in invoicing and preparing offers
- Good interpersonal skills, especially on the phone
- Excellent organization, autonomy, and ability to manage stress.
- Native French speaker, good knowledge of German and/or Swiss German is an advantage
