The dispatchers of the Cantonal Emergency Call Center (KNZ) ensure rapid, networked assistance from all emergency services. They are supported by state-of-the-art dispatch systems and communication tools.
To complete our team, we are looking for a
Your main tasks
− Receiving and processing incoming emergency calls and other reports
− Deployments in incident management and coordination of emergency forces
− Monitoring, directing, and coordinating ongoing operations as shift supervisor
− Administrative processing of incidents
− Performing shift and on-call duties
Your profile
− Police officer with a federal professional certificate
− Several years of police professional experience
− Resilience and high concentration ability, even in hectic situations
− Quick comprehension, networked thinking and acting
− Quality-conscious and efficient working style
− Decisiveness
− Teamwork skills and high social competence
− Precise oral expression
− Confident handling and affinity with digital work tools
− Foreign language skills are an advantage
