The SONNHALDE in Grüningen (ZH) is a care and support center with 300 beds. On 14 wards including nursing, care, and two protected areas, we accompany people with physical and psychological impairments in a home with individual, appreciative care.

As a care specialist, you are a valuable part of our team. With empathy and professional competence, you accompany our residents through their daily lives. Among other things, you take on:

• Designing the daily life and leisure time of our residents
• Building and maintaining a sustainable care relationship
• Support with practical life activities and daily structure
• Collaboration in care planning and crisis intervention
• Ensuring professional nursing according to guidelines and standards
• Complete nursing documentation
• Participation in reports and team meetings

• Completed, Switzerland-recognized training as a Care Specialist (FaBe)
• Completed further training "Treatment Care, Specialty Gerontology and Geriatrics"
• Ideally experience with RAI/RUG and care level systems
• Empathy and joy in dealing with mentally ill people
• Team spirit, flexibility, and service-oriented thinking
• Good German skills and confident use of IT-supported documentation
