• As a sparring partner at eye level, you advise our managers on all personnel-related matters
• The target group-specific recruitment – from job posting to onboarding – is your responsibility
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal frameworks (OR, ArG, GAV, etc.)
• Management and administration of all personnel data
• Design and implementation of leadership training
• Active participation in the definition and implementation of operational HR processes as part of process harmonization

• You have completed higher education in the HR field (HR specialist certificate or university degree in business administration with a focus on human resources)
• You already have several years of professional experience in operational HR management
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as English skills at level B2
• Solid expertise in all work-related topics such as labor law and social security
• Initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and a proactive working style characterize you
• A confident appearance and a clear awareness of your representative role in the company
