Our Restaurant Garden is one of our fine dining restaurants awarded with 6 pans in Gusto, 3 chef's hats in the Großer Guide, and 1 toque with distinction in Gault & Millau. Here we serve a contemporary European cuisine, seasonal and freshly cooked from high-quality ingredients based on classic French cuisine. We distinguish ourselves by a high level of craftsmanship in classical preparations as well as meeting the demands of an international audience for fresh and healthy cuisine.
As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks:- Organizing the workflows of the station taking into account legal regulations and ordinances as well as ensuring hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Ordering the required goods in coordination with the kitchen management
- Ensuring and carrying out the qualitative, quantitative, and timely production of the functional area while adhering to and monitoring the specified recipes
- Training new employees; instructing and supervising the training content
- Checking the cleanliness of the work area and equipment while ensuring hygiene standards
- Contributing to the design of menus, food menus, and promotional menus
- Representing the sous chef in their absence
- Successfully completed vocational training as a cook
- Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry, as well as initial leadership experience
- Friendly, open, and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food law regulations and requirements (LMHV, HACCP)
- Organizational talent, optimal time management, as well as quality and cost awareness
