HR Specialist (m/f/d) 50-80%
What you will accomplish:
Responsibility for the independent execution of payroll accounting
Handling personnel administration from entry to exit (personnel master data, work permits, social security issues, certificates, etc.)
Management of HR tools (time management, digital personnel file, e-learning, etc.)
Contact person for external offices (authorities, insurance companies, etc.)
Execution of expense and credit card accounting
Participation in various HR and finance projects
What you bring:
Completed commercial basic training and at least successfully completed further training as a personnel clerk
Solid experience in payroll accounting
Knowledge of financial accounting is an advantage
Structured, independent, and team-oriented working style
Very good German skills, good English skills
