Industrialization / Investment Project Manager (M/F/X)

Job description

We are currently looking for a Investment Industrialization Project Manager (M/F/X) to join our team in Geneva, whose main mission will be to manage production equipment investment projects while respecting processes, standards, and budgets, in an environment requiring very strong supplier mobility.

🔥 Main activities:

• Manage production equipment investment projects while respecting processes, standards, and budgets
• Achieve quality objectives by relying on technical experts
• Lead needs analysis, integrate customer requirements, technical standards, and propose project scoping
• Unite all contributors around objectives and promote teamwork
• Document industrial scenarios and technical solutions, present to management
• Manage activity schedules and risk mitigation
• Justify evolution needs and contribute to consolidating continuous improvement plans and investment programs
• Update project information and communicate (quality, risks, deadlines, costs, etc.)
• Lead reporting, handle discrepancies, and decision-making
• Capitalize on best practices and contribute to the evolution of standards

🎯 Profile sought

• You have proven experience in equipment acquisition project management
• You master the industrialization process profession and associated tools, especially on assembly means
• You know how to take a step back to manage a group transversally
• You demonstrate good synthesis skills
• You are autonomous, responsible, and able to be a driving force of proposals
• You know how to communicate with different hierarchical levels
• You master English (written and spoken)
