Technical Concierge (M/F) – 100% – Canton of Geneva or Canton of Vaud

We ensure the daily operation of sites through integrated and personalized services: technical maintenance (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity, industrial refrigeration), general services, cleaning, security, reception, and workspace management.

• Technical supervision of buildings: ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and compliance of technical installations (heating, ventilation, electricity, fire safety, etc.).
• Management and coordination of external service providers: planning, monitoring, and control of interventions by contracted companies (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.).
• Monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance operations: implementation and follow-up of maintenance schedules, management of technical emergencies, and monitoring intervention reports.
• Supervision and support of concierges: work organization, monitoring service quality, and technical support on site.
• Management of small works and repairs: organization of internal interventions and control of completed works.
• Administrative and technical follow-up: management of maintenance contracts, budget monitoring of technical costs, and regular reporting to management.
• Safety and compliance: ensure compliance with safety standards, especially fire safety, and coordinate regulatory inspections.

• Availability as soon as possible
• Technical training in the building, maintenance field, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in technical building management or multisite maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electricity, heating, ventilation, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Team management and service provider coordination skills.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written) – German or English is an asset.
• Proficiency in common computer tools (Office suite, technical management software).
• Organized, rigorous, proactive person with an excellent sense of service.
