For Senevita Limmatfeld in Dietikon we are looking for a Residential Area Manager (m/f) 80% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Residential Area Manager (m/f) 80%
Your Task
- You are responsible for competent and individual care and support of our residents according to the care process as well as for personnel management in your department with around 10 employees and trainees
- You can motivate and empower your employees to seek and take responsibility for actions
- You support the Head of Care and Support in professional, organizational and personnel tasks
- You are the contact person for the 16 residents, relatives and doctors
- You are responsible for the staff scheduling
- You participate in internal training sessions
What You Bring
- Training as a certified nursing professional HF, AKP, DN II, PsyKP or a nursing qualification recognized by the SRK
- You have professional experience in inpatient long-term care and with people suffering from dementia
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Good knowledge of RAI
- You are an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
- You have experience with the electronic care documentation CareCoach and solid IT skills
- You are resilient, flexible and resourceful and possess high social competence
