Workload: 60–100% | Fixed-term: 6 months
Are you ready to dive into the world of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and Corporate Security? Join Axpo Services AG as an Intern Safety & Security and contribute to shaping the future of safety and sustainability reporting while gaining hands-on experience in business continuity and emergency management.
What you will do:
Prepare a comprehensive OHS dossier with key figures (e.g., SUVA benchmarks, LTIF, Safety Culture Ladder) and organizational structures for internal and external stakeholders.
Evaluate ESRS requirements (European Sustainability Reporting Standard) and assess whether PowerBI or a specialized tool is needed for future Axpo reporting.
Support specialized tasks in business continuity, physical secrurity and emergency management to strengthen Axpo's crisis resilience.
What you bring & who you are:
Background or first points of contact in security and/or Occupational Health & Safety management. Certifications or knowledge in areas such as CSM, Swiss Security Officer (SiBe), ISO 27001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001 are a plus.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with technical stakeholders (e.g., Health & Safety Officers).
Analytical mindset with basic statistical knowledge and a knack for writing dossiers.
Ideally, knowledge of PowerBI and experience in Corporate Security or Occupational Health & Safety management.
Excellent German and good English skills.
