About the job
As a dedicated professional, the quality of life of elderly people is a central concern for you. You value good teamwork and are open to innovative working methods such as grade-skill mix. In this newly created position as Specialist Nurse for the Belp living environment, you report directly to the nursing management and help to ensure and further develop the quality of care. You are responsible for integrating Domicil's overarching concepts and assessments into everyday nursing practice and support the staff in implementation (development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing guidelines and standards).
You are willing to spend at least 50 percent of your working hours in direct care. Usually, you work from Monday to Friday, and participating in practical work is a matter of course for you.
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- CAS Intercare or CAS in geriatric nursing
- At least 3 years of professional experience in long-term care
- Flexibility and resilience
