What to expect from us:
With us, you take responsibility for the professional implementation of nursing within the framework of the nursing process and primary nursing. You work interprofessionally with various departments to ensure the best possible, individually tailored care and therapy. Careful documentation and performance recording are just as important a part of your work as the personal relationship with patients and relatives from diverse cultural backgrounds. Through your active participation in internal improvement processes, you continuously contribute to increasing the quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Management and implementation of the nursing process within the framework of primary nursing
- Assistance in building up IMC for rehab patients
- Cooperative collaboration and competent delegation to nursing assistants, trainees, and nursing aides
- Shift work in all shifts (early, late, and night)
- Participation in interprofessional and team meetings
- Ensuring patient safety and compliance with quality and hygiene standards
- Economical and careful handling of operating resources
- Supervision and training of trainees and new employees
- Medication management according to medical prescription
What should you bring?
- Qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH
- Further training in IMC
- Empathy, role distance, and trustworthiness
- Positive attitude towards working with people with neurological impairments of all ages
- Professional interaction with external partners and customers
- Interest in working in an interdisciplinary team
- Willingness for continuous further education
- Flexibility, initiative, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle criticism and conflict
- Good German and/or English skills, additional languages are an advantage
