For the Office for Nature and Environment, we are looking for a secretary starting April 1, 2026, or by agreement.
- You will work in a competent secretarial team handling correspondence, mail management, telephone service, and general administrative and organizational tasks for the entire office.
- Your duties also include proofreading texts and supporting specialists in their administrative tasks.
- You will collaborate on digital transformation and other projects.
- You have completed commercial training and have several years of professional experience.
- You are perceptive, enjoy performing diverse tasks related to various topics, and are willing to familiarize yourself with the continuously changing processes within the framework of digital transformation.
- You have good IT knowledge and openness towards the office's internal systems.
- You enjoy working closely within a dynamic team and are willing to carry out your tasks flexibly and service-oriented.
- You have excellent command of German, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of multiple cantonal languages is an advantage.
