Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• As the project manager for the entire development process, you will assume technical responsibility (profitability, deadlines, quality) from initiation, design, and planning to handover to the investor(s) (investment projects) or buyers (condominium projects).
• You will also take charge of the commercial aspect, prepare profitability calculations, obtain budgets, and control revenues and costs.
• As an enthusiastic real estate marketer, you will ensure the development of a successful integrated offer as well as smart project and marketing communication.
  
  

• Degree in architecture, urban planning, or engineering, or comparable knowledge in the field of construction planning.
• Knowledge and practice of development in the cantons of Vaud and Geneva
• Additional training in real estate or proof of corresponding practical experience.
• 3 years of planning and 3 years of experience in project development and/or management of complex real estate projects.
• Experience in internal and external management of planning teams and specialists.
• Knowledge of the Swiss Romandy real estate market, real estate marketing, and Swiss construction law.
• You are good with numbers and have a communicative spirit.
• You know how to convey your enthusiasm and convince your environment, for yourself and your projects.
• A plus, but not required, is knowledge of sustainable construction.
• French (native), English (an asset), German (fluent B2-C1).
