What I move
- You are the first point of contact for technical inquiries and ensure through your support that our mobile scales are always in use
- You conduct product training for our sales partners and end customers at home and abroad – practical, understandable, and to the point
- You support our business partners as well as the sales and business development team with complex technical questions – solution-oriented and in partnership
- You ensure that customer requirements are understood, documented, and incorporated into our product developments
- You shape an open and trusting collaboration together with your team – internally as well as externally
- You contribute with your technical understanding and commitment to HAENNI being perceived as an innovative solution provider
What it takes
- A completed technical education (EFZ, TS, FH) – you bring solid know-how
- Manual skills, whether with a screwdriver, drill, or soldering iron
- Fluent German and English skills – you move confidently in intercultural contexts, additional languages are a plus
- Experience in conducting technical training in an international environment – you explain complex content clearly and effectively
- Confident appearance and professional handling of customers, partners, and colleagues – you convince through expertise and personality
- Enjoyment of traveling – willingness to travel up to 30% of working time
