Head of IT Architecture

In this key position directly reporting to the Head of IT Architecture and IT Security, you are responsible for designing the enterprise architecture to deliver innovative and secure solutions that delight our customers. As part of the leadership team, you act as a driving force for technological excellence.

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of around 15 IT architects as well as their development 
• Developing and implementing an IT architecture strategy 
• Defining and enforcing architecture guidelines and standards 
• Establishing sustainable complexity management 
• Optimizing data-based IT architecture 
• Maintaining collaboration with decentralized system architects and establishing a "Community of Practice" for IT architecture 
• Maintaining and creating space for a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

• Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable field, business administration supplement (e.g., MBA) is an advantage 
• Solid banking knowledge, preferably in a universal bank 
• Several years of experience in IT architecture at the enterprise level 
• Several years of leadership experience 
• Background in modern software development 
• You convince with the ability to develop and communicate strategies and with assertiveness 
• Strong skills in stakeholder management 
• Very good German and English skills at least (C1)
