Chief Physician 80-100% (m/f/d) (KJPD, AmD, Lucerne)
Your tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the child and adolescent psychiatric outpatient clinic Lucerne including specialist consultations (6 treatment teams consisting of medical and psychological specialists as well as secretarial staff)
- Conducting and evaluating integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments
- Co-design and implementation of projects for professional and institutional development
- Monitoring of area goals
- Participation in on-call service
- Networking and exchange with external referrers and specialist offices
- Lecturing activities at the University of Lucerne
Your profile
- Specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Organizational talent, ideally with leadership experience
- Strong team orientation and positive collegial nature
- Enjoyment of responsibility and further development of a large own area
- Scientific and methodological interests
