A lecturer in the law of enforcement and bankruptcy (LP) starting from the spring semester 2026 (18%)
A lecturer in civil procedure (CPC) starting from the autumn semester 2026 (18%)

Start date: January 1, 2026 (LP) and August 1, 2026 (CPC)
Type of contract: indefinite duration
We are looking for a lecturer to teach the module on the law of enforcement and bankruptcy (LP) as well as the module on civil procedure (CPC), corresponding to a workload of 18% for each position. The lecturer will benefit from the support of an assistant. It is possible to apply for one of the two positions or for both.
Your missions
- Distance teaching at the Bachelor level (provision of documentation, group sessions, and other online activities with students)
- Preparation and correction of exams
- Supervision of students' seminar papers
- Participation in the activities of the law faculty's bodies
Your profile
- PhD in Swiss law in the relevant fields
- Practical experience in the indicated subjects (law practice or equivalent level)
- Experience in university teaching
- Interest in developing distance education
- Perfect command of French
