Junior Construction Supervisor (m/f/d)

Reprojet is the leading Swiss provider in the field of ultra-high-pressure water jetting up to 3000 bar and the specialist in the areas of concrete repair, cleaning, cement skin removal, exposed concrete processing as well as concrete removal and coatings. We are a subsidiary of Implenia AG.

For our team, we are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor 100% at our Siebnen location. As a Construction Supervisor (m/f/d) or Junior Construction Supervisor, you are our contact person for the respective construction sites and realize projects of all dimensions with your team.

What you will do:

• Independent management of construction sites
• Support as needed / Secretariat, HR (Human Resources)
• Collaborative creation of a positive & pleasant working atmosphere
• Ensuring measurements and billing
• Optimal use of personnel, machines, and materials
• Monitoring the general construction process (services & deadlines)
• Maintaining customer relationships as well as acquiring smaller construction projects and complying with safety regulations
• Close, constructive communication with customers, suppliers, project participants, and our team

Why you will succeed:

• Completed basic technical training (bricklayer, road builder, machinist, electrician, mechanic, general technical training)
• At least 5 years in a technical construction profession with leadership experience desired.
• High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and resilience
• Basic IT knowledge (Windows, Excel, Word, PDF, email, etc.)
• Driver's license category B
• You have language skills in German as well as French and/or Italian
