Your mission? Coordinate and monitor the proper execution of the site until final delivery.

More concretely, you:
Are responsible for costs, deadlines (schedule management), and project quality
Negotiate and participate in tenders with the Project Manager
Coordinate the work and subcontractors
Report potential risks and hazards
Lead site meetings
Prepare bids
Follow up and update the schedule
Maintain relationships with clients, authorities, and partner companies
Ensure the quality of the work and intervene until all reservations are lifted
Manage administrative tasks related to projects: preparing the necessary documents for contracts
