Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for our construction projects in the Zurich region and successfully bring them to completion.

Areas of Responsibility

• Taking over project management / leading project phases (planning, awarding, execution and handover) as project controller and client representative
• Tracking cost and schedule targets, ensuring required quality standards
• Strategic planning, control and monitoring of all construction phases
• Negotiation and management of contracts with clients, architects and subcontractors
• Quality and risk management throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Ensuring compliance with Swiss building regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• Completed university degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, architecture or comparable qualification
• At least 8 years of professional experience in construction management
• Comprehensive knowledge of Swiss building regulations and procedures
• Proven success in managing complex construction projects in Switzerland
• Excellent German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
• Strong communication skills – stakeholder management
• Experience with modern construction management systems
