- We are looking for a service-oriented, communicative, and leadership-affine person as deputy to the Head of Marketing & Communication (M&C), who enjoys thinking in networks and brings extensive experience in various areas of marketing & communication (on-/offline).
- Leadership of the two teams «Design» and «Products» with a total of approx. 8-10 employees
- Operational management of the teams and ensuring daily business
- Annual planning of marketing activities for our 15 degree programs
- Design of the interface to the degree program management
- Budget planning and controlling
- Ensuring corporate design
- Taking on projects in the area of M&C
- Sparring partner in strategic planning with the Head of M&C
- University degree in the field of M&C or subject-specific training/continuing education
- Several years of professional experience in M&C, broad experience in various communication/marketing disciplines (generalist), leadership experience
- Knowledge and practical experience in branding and CI/CD, ideally also experience with rebranding projects
- Experience in strategic communication planning and campaign management
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills, good editorial skills (writing competence)
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Friendly, courteous, and adept interaction with various stakeholders / team skills
- High service orientation and customer understanding in an expert organization
- Flexibility / resilience / networked and strategic thinking
- Implementation-strong personality, decisive, initiative-taking, independent
- Very good knowledge of common office programs (Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint), Typo3 as well as good knowledge of graphic/layout programs (Adobe Suite) are required.
- Very good German and English skills.
