Your tasks:
You care for and support people who are impaired in their health, whether in personal hygiene or mobilization
You work independently, but accompanied by our specialists
You help the residents and offer support in everyday life
You take on tasks in the administrative and logistical area
You work interdisciplinarily with other professionals
In addition, you perform medical-technical tasks such as preparing medication, changing dressings, blood sampling, etc.
Our expectations:
Ability to laugh as well as openness, honesty, reliability
Joy in building relationships with elderly people
Teamwork skills, helpfulness, and respectful manners
You have empathy and patience
You are interested in social, psychological, and medical issues and like to look for solutions
You like to make well-founded decisions
