Your Tasks
As a Front Office Agent, you are the business card of our house. From check-in to check-out, you professionally and warmly accompany our guests. With your organizational talent and service-oriented personality, you ensure a smooth stay.
- Guest Care – Friendly and competent support of our international guests upon arrival, during their stay, and at departure
- Check-in & Check-out – Efficient handling of all processes at the reception including invoicing
- Coordination – Close cooperation with other departments to ensure excellent service
- Administration – Maintenance of guest data, processing reservations and telephone inquiries
Your Profile
You enjoy guest contact and are characterized by organizational talent, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Education – Completed apprenticeship in hospitality or comparable training
- Experience – Initial experience at the front office is an advantage
- Work Style – Well-groomed appearance, structured and reliable way of working
- Languages – Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Flexibility – Willingness to work shifts as well as weekend and holiday duties
