• Professional and personnel responsibility for the entire LANDI store
• Professional advice and support for LANDI customers
• Active promotion of the sales assortment
• Ensuring sales-oriented product presentation and assortment updates as well as a well-maintained external appearance
• Monitoring and responsibility for the entire inventory
• Control of ongoing operating costs and cost compliance according to annual targets
• Goal-oriented support and promotion of the 16 subordinate employees
• Planning and coordination of personnel deployment and smooth communication

You have completed an apprenticeship in retail with industry experience, preferably in the LANDI or hardware store sector. You have further trained as a retail specialist or have a similar qualification. In addition, you have several years of leadership experience and maintain a respectful approach to your employees. You are absolutely trustworthy, strong in communication, take responsibility but can also delegate. You have the necessary tact and sales flair in dealing with customers. You also possess organizational skills, a pronounced flair for numbers, and very good MS Office skills for administrative tasks in the store. Excellent spoken German skills complete your profile.
