- Central point of contact for internal and external inquiries in the area of admissions
- Careful editing and optimizing of medical reports
- Receiving and forwarding phone calls and concerns with overview and commitment
- Friendly reception of patients and opening of cases in ORBIS (outpatient/inpatient)
- Administrative support of the medical-nursing clinic secretariat
- Reliable execution of general tasks such as archiving, mail processing, file requests, and performance recording
Your Profile
- Commercial training with further education as a medical secretary or MPA
- Ideally, professional experience in a psychiatric practice or clinic
- Experience in editing medical reports and confident handling of medical language is an advantage
- Proficient use of common office software and modern communication tools
- Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form at a high level
- Strong service orientation, quick comprehension, and efficient and precise working style
- Punctuality, teamwork ability, and a structured working style complete your profile
