Your Tasks
- Professional, organizational, and personnel management of the Sursee day clinic
- Responsible for ensuring patient care
- Leadership, coaching, and promotion of 10 employees
- Diagnostic assessments and integrated treatment
- Monitoring and ensuring departmental goals
- Active participation in projects and the professional development of the department and
Your Profile
- Completed specialist title for psychotherapy FSP or recognition
- Several years of professional experience as a psychologist/psychotherapist in adult psychiatry
- Ideally, initial leadership experience
- Very high social competence and good communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration (team player mentality)
- Interest in conceptual and methodological work
