Now we are looking for you as Head of SAP - a personality who not only leads but inspires, moves, and ignites the next level together with us!

What you can look forward to

• Lead & Inspire: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the SAP department and promote the further development of your team - both professionally and personally
• Strategy & Vision: Together with the IT management, you further develop our SAP strategy and build a future-oriented architecture
• Projects & Impact: You coordinate exciting SAP projects, organize daily business according to ITSM, and ensure that we are always one step ahead
• Bridge Builder: As a sparring partner for management and departments, you translate complex requirements into smart, practical solutions
• Pure Responsibility: From budget planning to monitoring - you hold the reins and ensure clarity and stability

Your Profile

• Degree in (business) informatics (FH/University) or equivalent education
• Several years of experience in the SAP environment, ideally with broad module knowledge
• Project management and leadership experience
• Passion for IT architecture and business processes
• Strong communication skills, structured, with genuine team spirit and joy in getting things moving
