- You lead the main agency as an independent entrepreneur
- You develop the corporate culture, define the organization, and plan commercial measures on the market
- You recruit, supervise, and monitor the employees of your agency. You support your teams by positioning yourself as a specialist in your field, ensure the achievement of objectives, and implement appropriate measures for your teams' success. You ensure their professional and personal development
- You manage your own portfolio and acquire new clients to guarantee the growth of the region's results
- You ensure the quality of your teams' advice to clients
- You have a 360° approach, focused on specific needs in all insurance areas and close partnership with the General Agent for Pension and Wealth of your region
- You represent AXA in the P&C sector in the Sierre region, guaranteeing AXA's principles, values, philosophy, and strategy
