To strengthen our Market and Corporate Development department, we are looking for a structured personality as an Assistant with a focus on E-Learning immediately for our Aarau location.
Your tasks
- You coordinate appointments, prepare meetings, create presentations, and write minutes.
- You ensure the operation of our electronic learning platform, prepare content as attractive e-learnings, advise specialists in the development of training modules, and maintain existing content.
- You keep an eye on our service clothing inventory, initiate reorders, check invoices, and are the central contact person for the internal service clothing managers.
Your profile
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ with vocational baccalaureate or completed business, didactic, or pedagogical training (HF, FH, University)
- Very good written and oral language skills and a flair for numbers
- Very good IT user skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with learning management systems (e.g., OpenOlat) and/or Articulate is an advantage
- Precise, independent working style with good organizational talent
- Office presence required on Thursday mornings, other presence optional
