- Supervision of a group of 10 to 15 children aged 4 to 13 years
- Accompanying the children during lunch as well as during leisure activities
- Ensuring and consistently implementing the applicable rules in the day school operation
- Goal-oriented planning and constructive and appreciative teamwork
