Your Profile
- An appreciative attitude as well as a resident-oriented approach to work
- A qualification in the fields of educational service, social pedagogy/social work, curative education, or occupational therapy is desirable but not mandatory
- Experience in working with people with intellectual disabilities is desirable but not mandatory
- Creativity, teamwork, flexibility, and commitment
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
