Administrative Collaborator (2 positions)

- The SCCO has nearly 160 collaborators engaged in a mission: to ensure the taxation and collection of various taxes. The sector of withholding tax and cross-border workers is attached to the collection entity. It is responsible for the proper application of laws and international conventions in this matter.
As part of your activity, you are the privileged contact person for foreign workers, their employers and representatives, as well as other administrations.
You process withholding tax statements: reception, recording, verification, and correction, while conducting the necessary research and procedures to ensure rigorous handling of files. You also ensure the proper application of the Franco-Swiss agreements related to the taxation of cross-border workers.
You write and handle various correspondences, respond to requests from withholding tax debtors and taxpayers, and provide reception at the counter or by phone. Finally, you participate in other administrative and tax activities according to the needs of the service.
Holder of a commercial employee CFC, you have a few years of professional experience after obtaining your diploma.
Passionate about numbers, sensitive to tax issues, you are committed to ensuring the smooth functioning of the public service.
Your mastery of French, impeccable both orally and in writing, allows you to communicate clearly and confidently.
Comfortable with common computer tools, you demonstrate rigor, a keen sense of human relations, and discretion beyond question.
