We are looking for you! A communicative, motivated, and committed personality to complement our Geocycle team as the central contact person for topics related to the waste market.
Your area of responsibility:
- You are responsible for the optimal dosing of alternative fuels, in close coordination with the plant management of the Siggenthal cement plant
- You optimize the material flow of the mineral waste market and the logistics in our network as well as their import and export
- You define and lead projects for the continuous improvement of the contaminated sites business, analyze performance at the plant level, and conduct corresponding studies
- You manage risks and ensure the highest standards in health, safety, and environmental protection
- You act as an interface between preprocessing, customers, and the cement plant and work closely with our group
- You support the operational processes of Neue Plastrec AG and manage the interfaces between the cement plants and NPAG, including corresponding reports
Your profile:
- You have a university degree in chemistry, engineering, or environmental sciences
- You have experience in the contaminated sites business as well as in the mineral waste market
- Ideally, you bring sales experience and business management training
- Affinity for IT tools and new technologies is a matter of course for you
- Interdisciplinary, solution-oriented, and safety-conscious thinking is important to you
- You love variety, are proactive, and open to innovation – mobility is central
- Thanks to high social competence, you communicate purposefully, enjoy exchanging ideas with others, and thus promote collaboration
