Focus areas of your future responsibilities
- Independent preparation of offers for smaller to complex projects in road and infrastructure construction
- Creating customer-specific quotations
- Developing lump-sum offers or execution variants
- Preparing supplements and post-calculations
- Developing concepts for construction site logistics and site installations
- Supporting the department head in contract negotiations and in acquiring new orders
- Processing offers, ensuring contract management
- Customer advice and customer support
- Contact with authorities and suppliers, representing the company externally
Your profile
- Certified construction foreman, master builder or equivalent qualification
- Several years of practical experience in construction or as an estimator / cost planner in civil and road construction
- Cost-conscious as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Networked thinking, exceptional negotiation skills, solution-oriented attitude
- Initiative, teamwork skills and a flair for creative results
- Familiarity with Swiss construction legislation and Swiss tendering procedures
- Enjoyment of technical challenges
- Ideally experience with MS Dynamics D365, SORBA
- Valid driving license category B required
