• Independent preparation and cooking of all dishes in the hot and cold kitchen

• Organization of the daily routine and preparation of production for the coming day

• Proper acceptance, storage, and documentation of goods and cleaning agents

• Completed training as a cook or comparable professional experience

• Passion for the cooking profession and enjoyment of guest contact
• Valid class B driving license and good German skills; English is an advantage
