The Crans-Montana Clinic, nestled in the heart of the Valais Alps, is a hospital site of HUG. Its hospital missions consist of caring for patients for rehabilitation in general internal and psychosomatic medicine, polyvalent post-operative or post-hospitalization rehabilitation in an acute setting. The Crans-Montana Clinic holds FMH recognition for general internal medicine and trains internal medicine doctors. It develops academic research projects in connection with the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Geneva.
Job Description
At the Crans-Montana Clinic, the MPE intern works in diverse sectors such as reception, admissions service, human resources, administrative & accounting management, and secretariat.
You learn to manage various administrative files, including correspondence, statistics, patient administrative management, cash and supplier management, accounting entry input, etc.
The diversity of services provided and the demands of the hospital environment allow for a varied and comprehensive training path. During this internship year, you discover a range of administrative learning areas serving the reception and quality of care provided to patients.
Qualifications
You are in your final year of business school training and are promoted or about to be promoted and are looking for an internship position in the administrative field.
You have good knowledge of computer software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Thanks to your interpersonal skills and sense of hospitality, you are able to build appropriate professional relationships.
Your methodical mind and writing skills allow you to provide quality services.
You show motivation to discover a varied work environment serving the population.
You have an interest in the hospital environment and are ready to commit to professional training alternating work in a company, practical courses, and theoretical courses at school?
