What you can achieve
Together with a small team of four employees, you will support the administration and the secretariat at the two school locations Nuolen and Pfäffikon in this newly created position and take on a versatile, varied range of tasks:
- You support the administration in personnel administration as well as in accounting and organize ordering and material management and maintain the homepage as well as internal communication channels and platforms.
- In close exchange with the school management, you process assigned files and bring your organizational talent to the preparation and implementation of school events.
- You plan and organize, for example, admission and final exams, school and promotion conferences, as well as other school events.
- As a contact point, you are a competent and reliable contact person for teachers, students, parents, and external partners.
What distinguishes you for this
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility
- Confident handling of MS Office and accounting programs
- Independent, precise, and reliable way of working combined with communication and organizational skills
- Discretion, loyalty, and a confident appearance
- Enjoyment of organizational tasks as well as good social skills
- Team spirit and a good rapport with young people
