What to expect
- You consider the assigned manufacturers in the communication channels, as well as the goals of the Business Unit/Categories
- In addition, you ensure effective internal and external implementation of communication, taking into account the guidelines of central marketing and corporate objectives
- You represent the interests of the manufacturers and categories in central marketing and drive improvements forward
- Creating and implementing marketing plans in coordination with manufacturers and product management is part of your exciting area of responsibility
- Furthermore, you act as an important interface and coordination point between central marketing and product management, as well as manufacturers
- You are responsible for performance controlling of the respective marketing activities and settle advertising cost subsidies
What you bring with you
- You have completed training or further education in marketing and ideally a business administration degree or comparable qualifications
- Experience in category management or marketing, ideally with a focus on e-commerce or retail, distinguishes you
- You are an organizational talent, assertive, and can correctly prioritize
- You have a confident command of MS Office and bring a strong affinity for digital tools and technologies. Experience with Adobe Analytics is an advantage
- You have an independent and efficient working style combined with a high level of initiative
- A high degree of flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment characterizes you
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
- A passion for DIY and leisure topics rounds off your profile
