Job Description
- Identification as well as active development and expansion of business relationships in the industrial segment
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to expand our market share
- Technical consulting and development of individual solutions for potential customers
- Creation and presentation of convincing offers and sales documents
- Coordination of internal collaboration between sales, project teams, and partners
- Close cooperation with internal teams to develop customer-specific solutions
- Feedback of market needs to product management and participation in product development
Qualifications
- Completed bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in sales or business development in an industrial environment
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as a pronounced technical understanding
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and professional appearance
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German skills (native or equivalent) as well as good English skills - French is an advantage
