We are a small, friendly, and international team dedicated to strengthening bilateral research and innovation between Switzerland and Latin America. We are looking for a colleague with solid accounting skills and a strong eye for detail to help keep our financial processes running smoothly and accurately.
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, handles routine tasks with precision, and is proactive in spotting and solving issues. Hybrid work is possible, with regular touchpoints with the team. Some flexibility in availability is helpful, as workloads vary slightly depending on the period.
Because we work in an international environment, fluency in spoken and written English is essential; Spanish and German are an asset.

Your tasks
- Review supplier invoices and prepare payments
- Monitor transactions in SAP and keep our internal accounting system (Banana) up to date
- Oversee expense and payroll accounting
- Review financial reports
- Handle general administrative tasks and serve as a point of contact
- Assist with events when possible
- Support online presence (website/social media)
Your profile
- Earlier professional experience in executive assistance, including accounting
- Capacity to work with international academic teams
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of social media platforms and website management.
- Prior knowledge of our accounting software system is a plus.
- Experience at the HSG is a plus.
