In the role of Educational Management, you independently lead the operation and implement the kidéal philosophy. You will be accompanied and supported by the person responsible for Pedagogy & Compliance. Personnel leadership and management of the 8 locations and 32 employees -
Operational management of the daycare center in all matters of childcare including budget responsibility

Management of the operation in compliance with pedagogical standards and values

Maintaining cooperation with parents, authorities, and institutions -
Ensuring quality
Your qualifications

Basic social pedagogical training as well as leadership training, e.g. team leader (modules 1-5 completed or willingness to complete them) -
Leadership experience of a larger team and managing several locations/groups

High service awareness

- Good PC user skills (Microsoft)
