• Support of management in administration and planning
• Collaboration in the organization, execution, and administration of events
• Support and supervision of students and projects
• Management of the team agenda, module directory and module crediting, personnel budget
• Administration of equipment, materials, and digital presentation equipment
• Reservation of classrooms
• Organization, participation, and minute-taking of meetings

• You have a completed BA degree
• You have a strong interest in management and communication in the context of culture and education and want to establish yourself in this field
• You have an interest in contemporary art
• You bring an interest in social issues and have sensitivity in dealing with topics such as diversity, equal opportunities, and inclusion.
• You bring: initiative, strong organizational skills, structured and collegial working style, independence, reliability, and creative thinking
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good English skills
• You have very good knowledge of Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

• Your workplace is located on the new campus of Viscosistadt in Lucerne-Emmenbrücke.
• The position is limited to 3 years (an extension up to a maximum of 5 years is basically possible).
